Background & Objectives
Leasingworld are a world leader for leasing news and analysis. They provide a leasing portal website, eNews bulletin, hard copy & digital magazines, conferences, and training materials.
They approached us to help them plan and setup an email based newsletter providing the latest leasing news, analysis and comments.
Aims included being the first to get the latest news breaking headlines out to the leasing community, and driving sales of their hard copy magazine and training resources.
Implementation
- Weekly (every week except Christmas week) eNews bulletin sent to several thousand leasing professionals globally
- Design and coding of a range of Email marketing templates to meet their different types of campaign
- Creation of advertising opportunities (e.g. recruitment advertising for leasing jobs)
- Specific email campaigns to drive attendance at leasing conferences & exhibitions
- Promotion of digital versions of their magazines
Results Achieved
- Driving traffic to their portal website, and new hard copy magazine subscriptions
- Above industry average results for metrics such as open and click thru rates
- Generation of advertising revenue, yet incorporating the advertising slots within the design in a way that did not create a negative experience for their readers
- Mobile friendly viewing option e.g. for blackberry and iphone users
