Background & Objectives
The Charity Technology Trust (CTT) enables third sector organisations to increase charities’ efficiency in many of their core areas including fundraising, campaigns, comms, finance and IT.
Working with the likes of Fairtrade, Age UK and Amnesty International, CTT’s core services include charity payment services, email marketing campaigns and the CTX software donation programme with partners including Microsoft, Symantec and Cisco.
CTT chose Email Ladder as their strategic partner to support their 200+ email marketing clients. This involves system integration, regular review meetings and working closely with their senior management, and IT and operations divisions.
Implementation
Working with CTT’s email marketing clients for over a year now, we provide a range of services including;
