We can design an email template for a one-off highly specific campaign or a reusable template for regular communications such as a weekly newsletter. Different design layouts and approaches are best suited for certain types of communication, for example promotional versus informational, and then there is the transactional type as well.

In reality what tends to happen is that over a period time our clients build up a template library as it were of different branded designs to select from depending on the nature of their next campaign.
